Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a Business Process Management (BPM) company, has announced the appointment of Matthew Vallance as Chief Executive Officer for Europe.

To be based out of HGS’ European headquarters in West London, Mr. Vallance’s priority will be to leverage the existing platform to develop a strategy to drive HGS’ growth in the region and further enhance the scope of the company’s services.

Newgen Software, a provider of Business Process Management, Enterprise Content Management, and Customer Communication Management solutions, is hosting a seminar titled ‘Future of Content lies in Cloud’. The seminar will be organized at ‘The Claridges Hotel, New Delhi, on Friday, November 29, 2013.

Pegasystems announced financial results for the third quarter and first nine months of 2013. Revenue for the third quarter of 2013 increased 20% compared to the third quarter of 2012. Net income for the third quarter of 2013 was $8.7 million, or $0.22 per diluted share, compared to net loss of $0.3 million, or $(0.01) per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2012. Revenue for the first nine months of 2013 increased 12% to $355.6 million compared to the first nine months of 2012. Net income for the first nine months of 2013 was $22.5 million, or $0.58 per diluted share, compared to net income of $1.5 million, or $0.04 per diluted share, for the first nine months of 2012.
