What should be IT industry's resolution for 2014

Even if you don't rest faith in making new year resolutions, there are a few things that force us to do--our peers. As IT companies you may not like the idea but your peers, customers, analysts and the media would want you to keep a few things on the top list. We have a few suggestions. Well these are random and not around telling them about the tech trends. However, our suggestions are about honesty, fairness and transparency. Our IT players need to understand and knot it for the good of themselves. In the last few years, we have seen a number of companies indulge in unfair practices and take the shortcut to win projects in the government and otherwise. It is a risky and a bad approach. Taking lessons from the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), it is important that IT companies indulge in ethical practices and try to reduce inconsistencies in their dealings with their customers, employees and stakeholders. For them, the priority should be to reward and honor the true and ethical in their organization so that truth may win and lead them to emerge ethically sound company. Remember a true leader is he who is honest and sticks to the truthfulness.
