KPIT awarded ‘Verafirm Certified’ by BSA for globally benchmarked software asset management practice

BSA | The Software Alliance (BSA) announced that KPIT, an IT consulting and product engineering company, has been awarded with an ISO 19770-1 Software Asset Management (SAM) standard-aligned ‘Verafirm Certified’. Organizations shifting analytics ‘focus’ away from customer experience towards operations

A new report conducted by Capgemini Consulting’s Digital Transformation Institute reveals the extent to which the search for competitive advantage has driven organizations to shift the focus of their analytical efforts away from customer facing processes to back office operations, over the last three years.
