Prabhudas Lilladher, India’s first broker to launch Whatsapp Business service

Prabhudas Lilladher Pvt. Ltd. (PL) has announced that they have adopted WhatsApp Business as a part of their service proposition. PL’s Customer Service Desk is now available on WhatsApp as well. WhatsApp Business was made available for Indian users from Tuesday 23rd January evening.

Launching the facility, Ms. Amisha Vora, Jt MD, PL said “WhatsApp is the most preferred medium of communication today with universal access making it most effective & versatile as a servicing channel. This early adoption of technology will help us provide prompt and cost effective service to our customers in a simple yet powerful manner.”

PL customers can now call or message on WhatsApp on a common number (022 66322366) for all service requests, reports, queries, complaints and other routine tasks during office hours. PL has always been one of the first movers to adopt new technology to provide best in class service to their customers. This move is another step on the organisation’s digital journey.

Insurtech startup Kruzr raises $1.3 Million from Saama Capital and Better Capital

InsurTech startup Kruzr has raised 1.3 Million USD (Rs. 9.5 Cr) for its seed round led by Saama Capital with participation from Better Capital. Kruzr is a preventive motor insurance technology which helps insurance companies personalize policy premiums & improve their risk model by delivering an engaging preventative driving assistant to their customers. Kruzr is founded by Pallav Singh, Ayan, and Jasmeet Singh Sethi.

Kruzr blends the power of voice technology and artificial intelligence in its personal driving assistant that helps drivers minimize mobile distractions, drowsy driving, speeding and external risks like weather and accident-prone zones.
