Custom Promotions and Shopping Assistance - Customers visiting the supermarket receive customized offers and promotions through the “FairPrice@SingPost” mobile app. Offers are pushed to the app based on customer preferences and affinity to brands and products. The store leverages Visible Light Communication technology (VLC) to communicate with the mobile app via the customer’s smartphone camera. This technology enables customer tracking and seamlessly interacts with Manthan's TargetOne in real-time. The advanced analytics platform sends out customized promotion to each customer driving better conversion and basket expansion.
Manthan’s TargetOne platform enables a whole new localized, in-store shopping experience for customers and assists them in staying updated with relevant offers on their favourite brands and products while at home and getting new and interesting product suggestions in real time when browsing in an aisle. It also guides shoppers to products and offers in areas of the store they have not frequented in recent visits and generally tend to miss out. This in turn helps the retailer to provide a more enriching shopping experience for its customers.
