ACER inaugurates its ‘Experience Store’ in Bengaluru

ACER announced the expansion of its retail presence in India with the inauguration of another ‘Experience Store’ in Bengaluru. The new store is located at the heart of the city in Koramangala.

Having achieved a stronghold in retail, Acer’s ongoing penetration through the length and breadth of the country to address the varied computing needs of its customers, is one of its top priorities. The new store located at one of the hottest spot in Bengaluru will feature the company’s entire product portfolio of Laptops, Desktops, Monitors and Tablets.

Addressing the launch, Chandrahas Panigrahi, CMO and Consumer Business Head, Acer India says, “Bengaluru has always been a very important market for us, and this makes it all the more essential for us to have a complete reach across the map of the city. As Customer Experience is the most important element for us, we constantly aim at improving upon the experience of our customers by giving them a first-hand opportunity to view and experience the devices before making a purchasing decision.”

This new store is a testimony to Acer’s commitment to their customers and partners and their endeavor to offer an enhanced experience and the widest range of products and service. The store will also display the world-renowned Predator gaming series for customers to experience and buy. It’s part of a drive to create and provide a 360-degree customer experience and retail stores are an important channel for Acer to deliver on that customer promise.

Design and innovation are at the core of Acer’s DNA. Its new store provides a single location where consumers can truly discover, try and buy Acer products with expert technical and product advice. Acer, which currently has retail stores across India, aims to further strengthen its customer connect across the region. The new store will give Bangaloreans a one-stop destination for all their PC needs.

Insurtech startup Kruzr raises $1.3 Million from Saama Capital and Better Capital

InsurTech startup Kruzr has raised 1.3 Million USD (Rs. 9.5 Cr) for its seed round led by Saama Capital with participation from Better Capital. Kruzr is a preventive motor insurance technology which helps insurance companies personalize policy premiums & improve their risk model by delivering an engaging preventative driving assistant to their customers.
