VirtusaPolaris Launches BankConnect to Transform the Personalized Digital Banking Customer Experience
VirtusaPolaris announced the launch of VirtusaPolaris BankConnect. The solution, powered by Adobe Marketing Cloud, is designed to create more personalized customer banking experiences across authenticated bank environments.

The VirtusaPolaris BankConnect framework provides a consolidated account list, giving users a 360 degree account view across their relationship with the financial institution through a comprehensive list of all transactions and presented offers. The solution provides a unified account application framework across products and channels, and allows users to resume at any time.
The core authenticated site framework, built upon Adobe Experience Manager and integrated with Activation core service, which is powered by dynamic tag management, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Campaign, allows banks to provide custom on-boarding experiences while providing a scalable architecture and reusable modules to pull user data from back-end services. Campaign and Analytics allow the framework to provide targeted offers to end-users. Product recommendations can be targeted at product and transactional levels, which can then be managed by simple configurations.
Drop off and application process data can also be uncovered, resulting in selective re-targeting capabilities, and allowing VirtusaPolaris BankConnect to deliver a real-time, engaging customer experience.
