‘Do Big Forum’ stresses on Innovation through Technology as key differentiator for SMEs to grow

Tata Docomo Business Services (TDBS), a enterprise service provider of India, brought together the enterprise industry leaders at its flagship ‘Do Big Forum’ - a knowledge platform for the SME business. The two-day forum that concluded recently , focused on enabling SMEs to understand the importance of digitization and provided a platform to interact with industry stalwarts. The panel discussion moderated by Sandipan Ray, Director, SMBConnect witnessed, Mohit Gupta, Co-founder of Tiffin A La Carte and Consultant, EX VP- SME Religare, and Avinash Phogat, Solutions Expert, Tata Docomo Business Services on the panel to discuss how human Intuition is the Future of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. In addition to this, Mr. Vinod Sharma, MD, Deki Electronics along with Mr. Anurag Batra, Chairman and Editor in Chief, Business World delivered a session on “Unleashing Entrepreneurship & Innovation through technology” and shared their views on how digital adoption can help SMEs grow and prosper in the changing business dynamics. Additionally, the forum saw a healthy discussion about how digital technology has helped the agriculture and consumer food industry, where TDBS has enabled businesses to create and operate efficient CRM, leading to increased efficiency and productivity.
