Teradata Completes Security and Compliance Audits for Teradata Cloud

Teradata announced that Coalfire ISO Inc, has certified the Teradata Cloud Information Security Management System (ISMS) as conforming to the ISO/IEC 27001 Information security Standard. Coalfire ISO, Inc is an independent Certification Body (CB) certified by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) to conduct ISO 27001 IT Audits of Information Security Management Systems per the conforming ISO standards.

Additionally, Coalfire Controls, LLC performed an AICPA Service Organization Controls 2 (SOC 2) Type 2 examination for Teradata Cloud. Teradata provides data warehousing, analytics, and Hadoop capabilities in a cloud environment on a subscription basis to meet the demands of enterprise users who require flexibility, scalability, and data security.
